Payment and Shipping
Payments are made by credit card or by Paypal. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover card.
Please use the chart below to estimate standard shipping and handling charges based on the pre-tax value of US orders. For overnight delivery, add $15 respectively.
Any orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We can provide tracking information upon request.
**Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are strictly enforced, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
Shipping restrictions prevent us from being able to ship select beauty products, furniture and oversized items outside of the US.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of unsatisfactory items in their original condition within 14 days of your delivery. Items must have original tags in tact. We ask that you contact us right away via email: thecottonjen@gmail.com to receive additional return instructions.
Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
